Grüner Veltliner re-thought, strictly according to the credo “less is more”. Spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, low in sulphates and only moved once, namely from the barrel to the bottle, so we don't influence the character of the wine and the result is a Grüner Veltliner according to our ideas - completely natural.
